We understand plans can change. For cancellations made more than 60 days before your stay, you'll receive a full refund minus a modest $100 processing fee. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, while refunds aren't automatic, we'll make every effort to re-book your dates. If successful, you'll receive a refund of all payments made, less a $350 service fee. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unexpected circumstances.
